If a tax is collected, it means that Byrnetools will pay our shipping carriers the exact amount required to complete the customs clearance process. (European counties and canada for the most cases)

After receiving a confirmed order from you, we will wait one day before shipping your order to accommodate any potential cancellations.

Upon receipt of your order, we strongly encourage you to inspect the package and product carefully and take pictures. If there is any damage due to our transportaion, please contact us for replacement or compensation.
In case of any damage to the surface of a product that is not replacable, we will provide a partial refund (10%-20%).

In case of any damage to the functionality of a product, we will send out a new order for free or you can choose to request a full refund.
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the package is still in China. After the package is loaded on any transpotation bounding to your destinated country, you can not cancel your order.
If you no longer want the order, you can return it within 30 days after we dispatch your order. You will bear the international return shipping cost. We will refund you the exact amount after we inspect the package and confirm that there is no damage to the product itself. In case of any damage that affects the functionality of the product, we will NOT provide a refund. In case of any surface damage to the product, we will provide a partial refund (90%-50% of what you paid) depending on the severity of the damage.
Important note: Please take pictures of the product and the package when you receive the order and when you decide to return it and hand it over to a carrier, to help determine the responsibility for any damages.
